Discreet Outer Packaging: To ensure your surprise is never spoiled and to deter theft, all orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer boxes. The return label will never indicate the value or luxury nature of the contents.
Shipping and Insurance:
Due to the high-value nature of jewelry, all orders are shipped via fully insured, tracked, and signature-required services. We do not offer "untracked" or "economy" mail for jewelry items to guarantee security.
Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for our jewelers to inspect, polish, and securely pack your item.
Real-Time Tracking: Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email to monitor its journey to your door.
Safe Delivery Protocol:
For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery. If you cannot be present, we recommend having the package delivered to a secure location such as your workplace or a trusted neighbor. We cannot be held responsible for packages left in unattended mailrooms if you waive the signature requirement.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We accurately declare the item as "jewelry" on customs forms as required by law.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or take photos immediately and contact us. Because every shipment is insured, we can swiftly process a replacement or refund once the carrier investigation is complete.
